Early Carrots
Early carrot varieties can be sown in the very late fall or the following spring to produce an extra-early carrot crop. Our selection of early carrots includes the medium-length early Nantes types, which are blunt-tipped and cylindrical, as well as baby Chantenay and true baby carrot cultivars, in both organic and conventional forms. All offer outstanding flavor. To compare size and shape, see our Early Carrot Typology Chart.
