Arrowhead, smooth-leaf, savoyed-leaf, and red-veined types are all featured in our spinach trials. Our lineup offers varieties slotted for specific times of the year, providing greater flexibility for grower planting schedules, including varieties demonstrating the best flavor, cold-tolerance in our overwintering trials, and slowness to bolt.
