Poppy
Poppies are a beloved wildflower, adding pops of vibrant color to meadows, gardens, and bouquets. Johnny’s offers three types of Poppies. California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica) is an easy-to-grow and drought-tolerant wildflower. Corn Poppy (Papaver rhoeas) is a classic European wildflower that is also used as a short-lived cut flower. Iceland Poppy (Papaver nudicaule) is most suitable for cut flowers, offers a longer vase life, thrives in cool temperatures, and may be overwintered for early spring blooms.
