Long French Radishes
Crisp, tender, and mildly sharp, the traditional French breakfast radish is served fresh, whole or sliced, in salads, sandwiches, and crudites. Typically cylindrical and harvested at 3–5" in length, these attractive radishes reach maturity earlier than regular round radish varieties, should be harvested promptly at maturity to avoid pithiness, and store well under refrigeration.
