Johnny's Selected Seeds is a rapidly growing, mail-order and web-based, employee-owned seed company located in rural Central Maine. We operate from a certified-organic research farm in Albion, Maine, as well as from offices in nearby Winslow and Fairfield. We're just across the Kennebec River from the town of Waterville, home of Colby and Thomas Colleges and the Maine International Film Festival. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to help oversee IT and interdepartmental projects. This valued position has overall managerial responsibility for the successful planning and completion of a set of enterprise-wide business improvement projects at Johnny's Selected Seeds. The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager provides daily compliance oversight and guidance to Quality Assurance personnel and personnel throughout the company. The QA Manager is responsible for ensuring and maintaining the quality standards of all incoming and received products. A team of five QA Technicians reports to this role. Territory Sales Representative • California
The focus of the California Territory Sales Representative is on attaining long- and short-term sales goals in a manner that aligns with Johnny's Selected Seeds' (JSS) overall company goals and mission. This individual is responsible for managing existing commercial growers and for developing new business with additional growers in the territory. Management responsibilities include the full scope of developing and executing an approved sales plan, which involves analyzing and communicating both growers' and competitors' trends, organizing and managing events in the territory, and developing and fostering relationships across all levels within growers' businesses. The individual in this position is further responsible for understanding any restrictions or regulations in the territory and the growers' go-to-market strategies, then developing recommendations to customize programs to secure or increase JSS business with the growers. Finally, this position is responsible for developing presentations and business reviews for key growers as well as reporting back to JSS management.

Transportation & Logistics Manager
We are seeking a Transportation and Logistics Manager to join our team and help efficiently deliver products to our customers. The individual in this valued position will contribute through having a strong background in domestic parcel and LTL carriers, plus some international shipping background. Ideally this individual will have worked closely with UPS/FedEx/USPS and understands how to successfully navigate their systems within an eCommerce environment. The individual in this role helps with projects, partners with co-workers, and develops and implements metrics to assist in strategy development and execution to control and forecast budgeted expense costs.
